If i could leave no stars i would

If i could leave no stars i would, shocking customer service, returned goods over 4 weeks ago and now saying they have not received despite me sending them tracking info, proff of delivery etc. AVOID at all costs as you will lose your money !

Ordered a birthday gift 3 weeks ago

Ordered a birthday gift 3 weeks ago, some items from my order were out of stock but have still not received my remaining items. Birthday came and went, No response from emails and can't contact them on the phone. In an age of online retail this service is not acceptable. Will never order from you again

Shockingly bad.

I wish I had checked this site before ordering from what I thought was a well respected brand. As with so many others, UPS tracking said item was returned to sender. Almost a month later and several emails which they didn't bother to reply to, I sent a message via Paypal which has also been ignored. The customer service number also has nobody answering the phone and when you try to leave a message you get cut off. I have now had to file a claim via Paypal and am hoping to get my money back soon. I won't be buying anything from Fox again. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered items three weeks ago and the UPS tracking says: Package Status Not Available!
No communication, no update.
Wandering if FOX US knows how is somebody ruining their Name.

Ordered a pair of fox gloves back in…

Ordered a pair of fox gloves back in September they have split down the seam after 3-4 uses I’m looking to buy a new helmet proframe from fox i figured they would have come back to me after sending 6 emails for them to send a new replacement when I’m buying a new lid. Don’t bother buying from these guys they never reply. Sounds like they only have one person in customer services. Very disappointing from a big US Company expected more

Very frustrating company to deal with

Very frustrating company to deal with , ordered some clothing from fox racing site as wanted genuine top. Was given a 3-5 day delivery but 3 weeks later UPS tracking says no information available. I emailed company and have had no response other than an automated reply . On hold for 30mins , 3 times but unable to get through.
For such a well known brand in its field the customer service is appalling .

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I'm so shocked that a supposedly reputable company ignores emails and social media messages asking for an update on their order. I tried to buy a helmet for my husband birthday after the website saying shipping 3-5 working days. Received a tracking number which then told me only today 2 weeks after my husbands birthday that they are sending it back to the seller. No explanation, no refund- now having to go through the task of trying to get my money back through credit card company. Very shocked that such a big company can just take your money and not send the goods.

I wouldn't give 1 star ordered 25th November 2020,not recived the order which was xmas prescent, they dont reply to email, or answer the phone, cannot leave a message says it's full really need the hoodie or refund

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Product delivered promptly but shorts were 2 inches shorter than specified. Emailed customer services and followed up with another email 2 weeks later. It's been 5 weeks and still no response so I called their 0800 number again and again. Nobody ever picks up despite long holds, and when you opt for the 'leave a message' option nobody calls back. All round poor.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a jacket and got order confirmation and that was it. No jacket has been shipped and no money has been paid. No response ronseal 4 emails to customer services. Do not buy from this site.
